Struggle for object of managerial influence is the basis of the struggle with political rivals and assumes win over the voters, members of parliament, political parties and public organizations. Actions of the subject, which activates political process, are reduced to the transformation of the potential object in a true participant in the process of political management. To solve this problem it is necessary to overcome the apathy of the object to the subject of management objectives. Involvement of the masses in the process of political control occurs through interaction with the subject of management, in which you can achieve a change of attitudes and behavior of certain groups.
